Michael Waldron President/Owner

Mike has an extensive mechanical background, and keeps up on the latest technology and design for all the mechanical aspects of your home, whether you want to build a new home or just make the one you love more energy efficient.
Mike has an up-front, positive attitude and still manages to put customer service at the top of the list. 
Mike grew up in Saratoga, played football for Pop Warner and the Blue Streaks then went on to play college ball, finally ending up playing pro football before coming home to his building roots.
Mike and his family live in Saratoga.

Terri Ballard -Administrative Operations Executive
          Terri has over 20 years experience in the administrative, working operations  of local businesses.  She started back in the 80’s with a local plumbing wholesale outfit, worked for C&S Construction, Ltd. and now handles all the marketing and advertising along with the day-to-day office administration for Titan Mechanical Contracting, Inc. 
Terri grew up in southern Saratoga County and lives in the Town of Milton with her daughter Sarah, across the street from her son, Greg.

James Guy- Project Manager/HVAC/Plumbing Manager
Jim has been installing and servicing a vast majority of heating and cooling systems. For over 25 years.  Jim also manages all the plumbing installations, central vacuum, fireplaces and generators for our company.  He is a valuable resource for Titan Mechanical Contracting  and his extensive knowledge in so many phases of mechanical installations makes him a big part of our company’s success.
Jim and his wife Debbie live in the Glens Falls area and enjoy spending time with their granddaughter.

Anthony Fiorillo- Electrical Manager
Anthony has the capability to do anything needed but his expertise is the electrical aspect.  His willingness to learn has proven him a priceless commodity these days, a young person not afraid to go the extra mile to supply a dependable product while making the customer’s wishes a reality,
Anthony grew up and still resides in Hudson Falls.
